Subway - Spanaway

Went in to the establishment for lunch with my daughter. Due to a disability she is unable to eat the regular bread. When asking for flatbread they told me they are unable to even though it’s in stock and I offered to pay the difference. Terrible customer service every time I have gone in here.

Rude rude and rude again, walked in and no one was anywhere. Asked if someone was there and no response. This is why I usually go to Jersey mikes and that you subway for proving my right. Won't try to return EVER. Called and the girl on the phone was rude AF.

Doesn’t take coupons anymore? Good way to lose business. I used to eat subway at least once a week here??‍ now I won’t eat it at all here. I take it the owner was trying to increase profit by doing that, now they’re losing profit. How to own a business for dummies?

This place is Gross I watch them wipe their faces with gloves on ive watched them vape in the door way. They throw their garbage all over the dumpster area. There is one girl who works Tuesdays she's rude short with you and the ingredients are far from fresh. The lettuce is brown the tomatoes are shriveled. Not a pleasant subway at all.

Just came in 20 minutes before closing and I got the rudest customer service ever! She threated to call the cops at me but before she attended me she had a white family in front of me and she was so nice, even said have a good day to them. As soon it was my turn she turn her customer service off and treated me rudely. She got the point to call her boss on me? Like what is that going to do? She refused to finish my order so I left angry and no food! Don 't come here! They are racist!! Her name is ROBIN. IF YOU SEE HER TURN AWAY!
