Definitely my favorite spot for Sunday roasts! They always have a great selection of well-cooked meats, accompanied by plenty of fresh seasonal vegetables and a Yorkshire pudding. The pub is clean, and both the staff and customers are friendly. They offer three portion sizes to suit all appetites, and there's a nice variety of hot and cold desserts as well. It's consistently good value for money. This traditional local pub also supports various sports teams. For those interested in history, it used to be a Soames of Spalding pub.
I went to the Drayman's Arms for a delightful home cooked Sunday Lunch, the service was excellent, the food was hot and well presented and the atmosphere was excellent, I would certainly go again and you get excellent value for money. It's a must to try. Unfortunately it is not wheelchair friendly but ok for those of you out there who have walkers, sticks and crutches.
