The food itself wa... read more We have been coming in Soverato for many years and are always trying to find new good restaurants. This restaurant exceeded our expectations. The food itself was incredible, very high standards and internationally inspired (italian) kitchen with very surprising and tasty flavours. Not the typical dishes you can find everywhere in Calabria but still true to its origin. Also the atmosphere was very nice, well thought interior and the service was excellent. As antipasto I had the tartare di manzo an italian variant on steak tartare, very well balanced and tasteful flavours and nice presentation. Also the main course, the pasta with gamberoni, sundried tomatoe sauce and cream of burrata was outstanding. My dad had the tuna with almond crust with caramelised onions. Before we ordered wine we got a glass of sparkling wine/brut as a welcome drink. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who is looking for a high quality dinner in an nice ambience just a few steps away from soverato mains street. My compliments to the new owners of this restaurant.

The food itself was incredible, very high standards and internationally inspired (Italian) cuisine with very surprising and tasty flavors. Not the typical dishes you can find anywhere in Calabria, but still true for its origin. The atmosphere was also very nice, well thought out interior and the service was excellent. As an antipasto I had the Tartare di manzo an Italian variant on steactare, very balanced and tasteful aromas and beautiful presentation. Also the main course, the pasta with gamberoni, sun-dried tomato sauce and cream from Burrata was excellent. My father had the tuna with almond crust with caramelized onions. Before we have ordered wine, we have a glass of champagne/brut as welcome drink. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a high quality dinner in a beautiful ambience, just steps from the Soverato main road. My compliments to the new owners of this restaurant.
