The Sanibel Sprout Gluten Free Vegan Oasis

We enjoyed a variety of dishes, including smoothies, açaí bowls, coconut blossoms, veggie paninis, and spring rolls. I particularly looked forward to having their refreshing cold brew with oat milk, which is easily the best in the Captiva/Sanibel area. The kids also had a great time playing games while we relaxed on the beautiful terrace. We appreciated the candid recommendations from the staff when we inquired about their favorite menu items. This place has a personal touch and is run by amazing women, making it one of our favorite spots throughout our trip. Thank you! I highly recommend it!

This café is both beautiful and charming. The juice not only tastes great but also leaves me feeling fantastic. They offer a variety of gluten-free options thanks to Sanibel Sprout. Additionally, they carry essential oils, which was a pleasant surprise since I was looking for a place on the island that sells them—I forgot to bring mine from home.

This charming little café is a wonderful addition to the island—finally, a healthy dining option! Everything is made fresh while you wait, and the staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. I absolutely adore Sanibel Sprout! The island truly needed a place like this! I have so much love for this spot, and the photos showcase all the amazing offerings perfectly.

We went here first in the morning before we went to the beach and it was the perfect way to start the day. The Sproutaccino was absolutely delicious and reminded me of the Miami Mocha at Pura Vida. We also had the Thai Rolls, which were very fresh and tasteful, the coconut bacon in them was sooo good. The acai bowl we ordered had a coconut base that we have never seen, but it was so funny and beachy that it was definitely added to our beach day Vibes!

Pure Fresh Nutrional Deliciousness in a Bowl!! SO many choices on the menu. POKE bowl was my protein packed choice for lunch. Outside seating a plus!! DEFINITELY recommend while on Sanibel Island
