' He humbly smile and said 'Teamwork. ' Food presentation 10 10. Outstanding service with a smile- S, great customer service. The surroundings decor is authentic and represents the Caribbean. Well done management. Keep up the standard.

Her customer service was excellent... read more We went to the Croydon branch to celebrate my friend's birthday and had an amazing experience thanks to Rohema, our waitress. Her customer service was excellent - she welcomed us warmly, made sure we were comfortable with our seating, and checked in on us despite being busy. The food was delicious and the drinks were refreshing. The highlight of the night was when the drums were played to celebrate my friend's birthday. Thank you, Rohema, on behalf of all five of us. We will definitely be returning in the future.

We were a large group and were unexpectedly asked... read more Do not dine at this restaurant. The service was the worst I have ever experienced, with incredibly rude staff. We were a large group and were unexpectedly asked to leave after 2 hours because they had another booking. The food arrived half an hour before our designated departure time, forcing us to pack our meals to go and ruining my son's birthday celebration. The staff even refused to serve my son a drink with his meal. One staff member continuously pressured us to hurry up throughout the meal. They prioritize maximizing daily bookings over customer experience. I will never return to this establishment, as the music was unappealing and the staff were hostile when asked for a different genre. Only after requesting reggae, fitting for a Caribbean restaurant, were we accommodated. This type of behavior reflects poorly on Jamaicans and contributes to negative stereotypes. Despite decent food, I am dissuaded from dining out further due to this experience and had to apologize to my guests for the poor treatment.
