While the food receives high praise, including standout dishes like fish and chips and calamari, service can be inconsistent. Guests have reported long waits for food and mixed interactions with staff, though the general manager has been notably accommodating. Despite its flaws, the restaurant’s vibrant atmosphere and scenic views make it worth a visit for those seeking a quintessential pub experience in London. Overall, it’s a place that encourages patrons to relax and enjoy their meal.
Two weeks in advance booked for a Brat dinner, we went mile to make it in time, just to say there were no frying dinners - it was two clock and they had run out. was then said it was an hour waiting for food. what is the point of booking? don't waste your time.
Great and helpful service. Waiter help us to choose our dishes and what isbmore important he found a table for us in rush hours
We had a very positive experience We arrived, without a reservation, and the manager was very accommodating in allowing us to sit in the main dining area. The food was great and we continued to experience good service from all the waiting staff. We really...enjoyed our visit and felt like valued customers
