What SUIUHTB likes about Cafe East:
I really enjoyed Cafe East, its very authentic and feels a little rough and ready but that adds to the charm in my opinion. Its definitely not somewhere for a romantic date night but if you want good quality authentic Vietnamese food then this is the place. Highly recommended. View all feedback. What beverleydave doesn't like about Cafe East:
I had the chicken, 'meat pie ' and pork dish with rice which was very tasty and decent value, my friend is vegetarian however and there is only one dish on the menu that is veggie (despite them listing the summer rolls with prawns and pork as being vegetarian!! View all feedback.

read moreCafé East offers authentic Vietnamese cuisine in a no frills environment. Despite some complaints about service and cleanliness, the restaurant impresses with its cheap eats and delicious soupy dishes. The extensive menu and accommodating staff make it a hidden gem near Canada Water. From fresh Banh Cuon to flavorful Pho, diners rave about the home-cooked meals and welcoming atmosphere. The restaurant's remote location may be a challenge to some, but the tasty food and reasonable prices make it worth the trip for a satisfying meal with friends or family.
What I like here is that her more authentic spicy pho. the broth is rich and so tasteful and the spring rolls are generous and fresh. will be back here.
