The Jerwood Space in Hastings is now seen as the lesser sibling of the Jerwood Gallery. While it only hosts occasional exhibitions in a couple of rooms, it does offer meeting and rehearsal spaces. The highlight of this venue is its cafe, which offers a selection of healthy salads and sandwiches for lunch, along with pleasant outdoor seating. View all feedback.

I hadn't been to Cafe 171 for some time, so when I popped in for coffee with a friend on a recent Saturday lunch time I was surprised to find it an entirely dreary experience. The coffee was just so-so, the service average and the food selection poor. View all feedback.
Amazing rehearsal room. great caffe. always such a hauch around the place.
Ideal location for a pulsating art hub. the caffe has not tried, but it has been very popular! good access/good lift, but definitely worth a visit if they have to do with a large piece set as drre rehearsals are some corners and walks to navigate.

A beautiful place with a large caffe, the salads are excellent. great value and brilliant facilities.
A great little space for all things arts crafts Light airy, there's also a trendy cafe, selling homemade, artisan style fayre. Convivial atmosphere. What's not to like!
