What User doesn't like about The Urban Village Eatery:
Waited 30 minutes for a veggie burger to be told they had run out, no apologies were said or anything. I then got offered something different from the menu and was told to speak to the lady I'm guessing who owned it the cafe. I went up to the counter and waited for her while to did everything else but serve me, she kept looking back at me. This went on for 10 minutes, in the end we asked for a refund and left. They n... The Urban Village Eatery is a delightful, smallish cafe with some indoor, but more outdoor under umbrella type seating. Situated at end of Nerang St in Southport it is perfectly placed to take advantage of Australia Fair's 3 hour free parking.Good fast service for their excellent coffees, get a Urban Village loyalty card for every 6th coffee free.Good light menu / cakes etc. peaceful ,relaxed setting not far from bea... read moreThis is my favourite place in Kelvin GroveReasonably priced foods including sensational Vietnamese pork rolls, rice paper rolls and bakery treats.
The Vietnamese iced coffee is awesome! And really cheap too.
Kelvin Grove's own little bakery, it's a great place to pick up a cheap snack. Plenty of people rave about the Vietnamese pork rolls, only $4 and
