Hardee's - Southport

The food wasn't cooked..went inside to get my money back.food was all over the floor the employees looked like crack heads

We stopped here on June 21st, around 1:30. The doors were locked. Two employees were smoking out back by the drive-thru and we saw two more employees sitting at a table, as we drove around and drove away. McDonalds was open for our business. We had 2 adults and 4 kids.

Pulled up placed order I Was informed that hash. Browns are in fryer would be few minutes to pull up to a designated place they would bring it out when ready. Say there for approximately 5 minutes when a knock on my window came. Thought was my food. Note rest of my food getting cold from the wait. Was told when hash browns came out they were all served to other customers and ran out again. Was now asked to move again to another area that would allow traffic to flow better. I moved as requested another 5 or so minutes went by and now the rest of food shows including now barely warm coffee shows up. Sat thére ate cold food was nearly done when peck on window saying had to move again to accommodate flow of traffic at this time I just left went else where to eat my cold food. I can only hope that this incompetence is this store only and not the entire chain.. Gave 2 stars because the lady that was sent out each time came to my car obviously.cares,

Turn AC off or the heat on. How can you enjoy warm food setting in a freezer?

We saw sign saying lobby open 6 to 2. Door was locked at 11:30 but, older men were inside eating at a back booth. Employees came to the door and informed us they were not allowed to let anybody else in. This is unacceptable!
