My husband and I make it a point to stop at Dunkin following our weekly grocery shopping. I enjoy a decaf iced coffee with almond milk and 2 packets of Stevia, and my husband really enjoys a ham, egg and cheese sandwich on a toasted english muffin. View all feedback.

Terrible long drive thru line everyone that works in this location helps out in drive thru then there is one person at the front counter. I was late to work waiting View all feedback.
The customer service could use some improvement; the staff rushes through the ordering process and often gets the orders wrong.
If they are looking for bagels or donuts they do not go here. they always seem to be out of everything after 12 o'clock. service is a hit or miss, depending on which crew is. I hate this place.
D D, what more can I say? The food is exceptional, but the staff could use some improvement.
The drive through workers are nasty they don't speak English and they give you the wrong order
Repeats the drink wrong. asked for regular hot chocolate, one without milk. the dame literally walked around the corner and simply poured the same hot chocolate with milk into another cup and gave it back directly instead of making a new one without the milk.
