I ordered delivery from Sakana for the first time today. Big disappointment. The flavors weren't on par with Japanese cuisine. The Teriyaki chicken tasted like rosemary. The miso soup had zero tofu or seaweed. The ramen broth was one of the worst tasting tonkatsu broths I've had, in addition to the broth to noodle ratio being a 1 to 3 portion.
