I came in the morning after my doctor appointment.The drive-thru was a little hard to find but once I found it, it was smooth sailing from there. I have to give kudos to the woman at the drive thru window. She was very kind personable and provided amazing customer service. Occassion study, coffee, alone time. Pros friendly staff, lots of staff. Great vibe. Awesome people. Safe. Lots of merchandise. Good management. Busy but not to crazy! Cons AC is occasionally pumped very high. Bottomline this spot is better than branch in Southlake town square.

Everyone made sure to go over the order multiple times so there order wouldn’t be a mistake. They were really nice, and felt like a whole different Starbucks
