I dined at this restaurant last week after their grand opening, and everything was absolutely perfect, from the ambiance to the service, right through to the end. I even had the opportunity to speak with the general manager via FaceTime, as he made sure to check in with every table in the restaurant. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Mesero Southlake:
I recently had the opportunity to dine at this new restaurant and I was pleasantly surprised. Upon arrival, I was greeted with a candle and a cake, both of which were delicious cinnamon pies! So I have tried to communicate with Mesero Southlake through my Open Table reservation app but they have chosen not to respond, so it is time to publicly express my concerns over their billing/charge practices. Be prepared to pay 2.00 more per item than what is displayed on their website and 1.00 more than what is on their menu. We did ask the manager about this and he stated that the menu prices are cash prices Manager even told us that the CEO was in the restaurant that evening and was aware of the issue but did not seem to care. I am warning others of this this lack of transparency. Go someplace else to eat where they are transparent about their pricing.
100% GO BACK!! The staff is so active! And so nice to my friends! the food was so strong in favor! Never seen so many kind people working in the same place! GOOD JOB!!

The ambiance is comfortable and the drinks and food were amazing. Both server and management were very attentive. High recommend.
I came here with friends for my birthday. The decor and ambiance were lovely. I started with a froze and we shared the Ahi nachos and both were awesome. For dinner I had the brisket tacos and a Catalina cocktail. The cocktail was one of the best I’ve ever had. It was the perfect spot for a night out. I will definitely be back.
