What D doesn't like about Mcalister's Deli:
We always see staff, including MANAGERS, eating and drinking on the counters by the window where food is sent through I would think after Covid you would want to be a bit more aware. That is not acceptable. Makes us wonder what goes on in the back not seen by customers. We may also suggest your managers take training in customer service. This has quickly become one of my favorite dining spots. I really love this location! The staff is friendly and cheerful, which adds to the experience. I find myself in Southlake at least four or five times a month, so it's always a treat to stop by here.
You guys are amazing in Southlake!!! I 'm a repeat (possibly more like a potential-stalker at this McAlisters and after visiting some of the 'others ' in the area...y 'all are hands-down the best!!! Awesome service, food, and staff!!! Triple threat. : Keep up the good work guys!!!

McAlister's in Southlake is the BEST!!!! Rick and his team always take awesome care of me!!
Went on lunch break and found long line but it moved amazingly fast and the service was great. Didn’t have to wait long for food either. Their sweet tea is always good. First time trying the baked potatoes and I was not disappointed. Very filling and included plenty of toppings.
