Jellico’s - Southlake

Great concept in the west. menu selection are limited, but kreatiw. craft cocktails are inventive and well executed. I would like to see that this place is successful as the potential is wonderful.

The food was fairly good. People were friendly but not five star. Kind of slow service.

Fantastic Thanksgiving buffet at Jellicos with timely service that was not rushed. We were made to feel very welcome and the food was excellent...especially for a hotel venue. Hotel setting is nice but not extravagant. Enjoyed the music and are looking forward to doing future holidays on a stay and play package.

The main meal was outstanding! Unfortunately, the dessert table was not. Cheesecakes and chocolate mousse were room temp and not cold our reservations were at 12:30 pm and we were seated promptly. So how long were the desserts out on the display table before the patrons arrived? I had to scrape my cheesecake piece off the display and slide it to my plate it was falling apart because it was warm. Also, the wait staff put out sugar cookies with her bare hands and no gloves. And then we saw 3 boys around the age of 9 grabbing at the cookies, and putting them back on the display plate. Thankfully we had already gotten our desserts. The experience was overall great though it really was all about that dessert table. Too many options and no staff to oversee and assist on the selections.

Staff was quick and mindful of our needs! It was a breakfast meeting and the food was perfect.
