My family and I recently dined at the Cotton Patch in Bryan, Texas and we had the pleasure of being served by an outstanding waiter named Larry. He was incredibly friendly and attentive, always checking to make sure we had everything we needed while enjoying the all-you-can-eat catfish. Larry was a fantastic waiter. View all feedback.
What Lisa Johnson doesn't like about Cotton Patch Cafe Corporate Office:
We ordered our meals, but encountered issues with the food. My brother's fries were cold and then overcooked, while my sister's chicken fried steak was rare and red inside. My squash salad seemed to be taken straight from the refrigerator and had to be sent back. Additionally, my husband's broccoli never arrived on his plate. Despite addressing these issues with the manager, we were disappointed with the excuses give... View all feedback.
At the place in grapevine, andrea the night ladder is very sarcastic, she had a posture all the time when she was on the phone. Answering everything was okay?! I called because I spent $45 on eating that they decided to throw in styrofoam to go container and close pipping hot not disturbing to open the vent holes, so eating sweat and ruined two hamburgers. the rolls were so delicate that we went forward and replaced them with regular broth. I have fried pickles that were also closed into a togo container, while they could be as hot as possible and became soggy and floppy. the ranch in the fried pickle container was hot and the plastic container that it was placed in the top was raised due to the hotness of the objects. the paper she put under the food was soggy and stuck to the food. when she explained to her, she had a attitude all the time. I asked about the company number she told me that she couldn't give me the number, but it could be found online I asked which website and again with sarkasmus and a posture she told me where I could find her. I told her she had a fing posture and her true colors shined bright. only if I even cursed with her, I use this place during the day and it is amazing service is great, but due to andrea and her soggy attitude are the reason why I will not go back.
I love cotton patch. but today at the veterans day as last year it went to eat. we even asked if they still honor veterans and the personal said yes. After we ordered and ate, they told us that only chicken meat was fried steak or chicken meat. there were also several other veterans who got the same surprise. the personal claimed they had just found out, but then said the people complained about it all afternoon. I told them they should have told us before the door or at least published these information at the doorstep. they said I'm sorry and we paid the full tab and let a good tip, because there's something like honor that they didn't do!
I stopped eating at Cotton Patch a few years ago because it was soooooo salty (a lot of the items I loved)… About 2 months ago, I went into the Frisco location, reluctantly, and tried the Pecan Catfish (grilled)…I have been literally obsessed with that and your squash casserole. This last week, Ive eaten it 3 times!I just learned you are getting rid of the Pecan Catfish…. NOOOOOOO!!!!!!!! Why!?!? Its the beat fish on your menu… The only good one!!! Your marinade for the other catfish is GROSS and SALTY and I will not eat there without the Pecan Catfish!I do love your Peach Pie…. also… Please dont get rid of the pecan catfish
We have attempt to eat at Cotton Patch in Burleson 3 times. The service has been horrible, the food has been incorrect or burned. The management was awful. Didn't really care and very very unorganized. We then tried to order through Uber Éats. 20 minutes later, we received a cancelation. The app says the restaurant canceled the order. I know they had the order because I called and they added extra gravy to the order. So I called Cotton Patch and the manager said they didn't ever have that order. Complete lié and then said he didn't have the ability to cancel an order. Extremely rude and unhelpful. Corporate is no better. Sure wish Black Eyed Pea was still around!
John Hess at the Cotton Patch Cafe located in Rockwall Texas contacted me after my wife and I received very bad service. John was very apologetic but did much more. Not only did John personally greet me and wife when we arrive he said I want you to experience the true Cotton Patch. He was very sincere and I could tell he truly meant what he was saying. John provided a full complimentary dinner with appetizers, drinks and dessert. John thank you so much for the old school Customer Service that is so rare these days. My wife and I are so thankful for what you did.Sincerely,John/PattiMastroleo
