Dunkin' - SOUTHINGTON

As a former dunkin staff I have never seen so bad customer service as I ordered a strawberry energy stamp with 10 pumps strawberry and when I arrived at the window to receive and pay my order, I noticed that they only used half the monster can and the other half of the monsters it was to drink it on a monster basis that I had not been able to drink it on a day, that it was nothing but earthly I have tried to call and never get an answer

I've never been in a dd and I had my children with me. the staff was patient and friendly. the customer service exceeded expectations.

I visited a DD for the first time along with my children, and I was really impressed. The staff was incredibly patient and friendly, and the customer service truly exceeded my expectations.

Last Friday at 15:45 in the dunkin (next homewood suites). I stood on the counter for several minutes, without being with them at a moment. all four employees contacted me, but none of them wanted to accept my order. after approx. 10 minutes I went to the pick-up counter, so I would be in a better look at the employees. again all four saw me, but none of them wanted to wait for me. no one else in the load at this time and the journey through was not so busy. I know it's hard for business to get help, but this group working on the 2nd sept has ignored a customer at a new level.
