Cold Stone Creamery - Southgate

I got the strawberry cake for my mother's birthday. The only one they had was quite sloppy, so I asked if they had more in their backs, they said no. This gentleman asked if I wrote something, I said yes and he went back. Almost ten minutes passed and he finally came out and told me that he repaired the cake because he agreed that it was not conceivable. He finally came with the cake and it was beautiful, the details and all extra toppings were just beautiful. I wish I had his name. He did my day! Thank you.

I made my order online for a big party pack with short notice they did it. I stay out of state wanted to surprise my mother family on Mother's Day with an ice party. My mom was in Coldstone for picking up less than 10 minutes. The order was fast, on time, really delicious. The young man on the phone was very professional. I'd order here again. My family loved being together and enjoying society on ice.

Customer service was great, Sylvia is an excellent worker, answers questions and tries to be as helpful as possible. Clean business, decent prices, etc. Would come back to this place because of her. Would even recommend friends and family to this place.
