Buffalo Wild Wings Southgate

The restaurant does not seem to stay open, at least the hostess at the door doesn't. I was told, "Yes, no one uses it; you'll have to wait for a table," even though I had utilized their reservation service 5 hours prior to my arrival.

They wouldn't honor our reservation, leaving us to waste an entire evening. They claimed they don't accept reservations.

I would like to suggest that they use ceramic coffee mugs. I always enjoy my meals here!

We were there for a fundraiser the food was good, service fast, staff friendly

The hostess area was quite dirty, cluttered with used cardboard boxes (essentially their serving dishes), dirty napkins, and more. As we were escorted to our table, I noticed that at least half of the unoccupied tables had not been cleared or cleaned. The overall cleanliness of the place was disappointing. The acoustics were also a problem; it was so loud that we struggled to communicate at our table. While our server was attentive and did a good job, they seemed overwhelmed, especially considering that only a third of the restaurant was occupied. As for the food, it was just okay—certainly not worth the price. We received small portions for a high cost, making it feel like a poor value overall.
