Buffalo Wild Wings - Southgate

I love the remodel. Was there Friday night and sat at the bar. The barmaid was great. The wings however are another story. They are very small (looks like they came off a pigeon). Come on guys your supposed to be famous for these.

This place has went down hill. Overall the place stunk of rotten beer, the food was mediocre at best. Another one that went from great to downhill fast.

Kitchen, very slow. Came in with my daughter for six boneless wings and a chicken sandwich and almost took two hours. Absolutely will not be going back. Wanted to also make a to go order for my son at home, was told it was going to be another hour to get that order. Canceled the to go.

The whole experience was not what I had hoped for, or experienced in the past.The prices are obviously a little more than what they've been in the past, but the quality of the food was terrible and did not reflect the cost in my opinion.The ultimate nachos had a literal spoonful of toppings right in the middle of the platter while jalapeños and un-melted shredded cheese were scattered everywhere else.The boneless wings were rock hard; the ones that did actually did contain chicken and were not completely dried up had little to no sauce.Same for the traditional wings; they looked and felt like they were under a heat lamp all afternoon and then had the littlest amount of sauce drizzled over them before being served.All in all, was not impressed with the visit or the price tag-most likely will not return to this BDubs.
