Andy's Pizza Subs - Feedback

What Missy Vallade doesn't like about Andy's Pizza Subs:
I have loved Andy’s since moving to the area a few years ago. However, I have never gotten the flavor requested on the crust. Ever. The last few times the pizza has been very bland and not hot at all. The deal breaker for me is the over an hour wait for one pizza to be delivered is crazy to me. We ordered a Lg pizza with pepperoni, a half chicken Parm sub, and full meatball sub with fries and a coke zero. We ordered the pizza because they had a great deal, a Lg 1 topping pizza for around $7, which is a pretty good deal.
