Slowest dang service ever. Three of them either standing around or moving super slow. This is not good service.

I placed a DoorDash order for chicken pot pie soup. Unfortunately, there was no place for me to add pie crust to the order. I called and explained to the store that DoorDash did not allow me to add extra pie crust and I wanted to know if there was any way for me to add them to my order. I was greeted by a manager named Tawanna with a VERY unfriendly disposition who explained to me that I would have to pay for extra pie crust. I explained to her that I didn’t mind paying for it and she explained to me that there was no way for her to add it to my order for me. She recommended that I place another order on DoorDash if I wanted extra pie crust. I explained to her that her suggested solution wouldn’t solve my issue because door dash does not have pie crust as an option. She raised her voice and explained again that I would have to pay an extra 53 cent for pie crust and then said, “well I don’t know what you want me to do”.I understand the policy, however her delivery was VERY rude and confrontational. In customer service, problem solving should be a required skill, especially as a manager. Instead of attempting to find a viable solution, Tawanna tried to turn the situation into a confrontational dispute. I never raised my voice at her, and I remained respectful. However, she still hung up on me.I am a pregnant woman, also dealing with other major health issues. I cannot afford to be stressed right now. I certainly didn’t think calling a restaurant to ask for help solving an issue I didn’t create would warrant being yelled at or put me in a position of threatening my health by causing undue stress. I hope that Zoup values its image enough to correct the poor customer service being provided by this manager.

Very ruled, wouldn’t allow me to taste any soups due to no test cup, I ask if she could use a spoon she told me no! So I order 8oz chili and 8oz lobster bisque because if I don’t like the Like the chili I have the lobster bisque, well it was the last of it and she said let me see is there any more, and it was more I ask for the fresh and she told IHer no use what left 1st. No why I can’t have the fresh just ruled

Horrible food! My wife puked immediately after the soup she had bought from this place! Stay away

Worst experience I’ve had so far at this chain. The two ladies working the counter are beyond disgusting, eating food while taking orders… extremely unsanitary poor customer service
