Yoshi Hibachi Grille - Southfield

I had a taste for this but, definitely will be my last time. I asked for my shrimp to be cooked hard instead I was told they couldn't that it would be chewy. If a customer asks for something that they are paying for do it. Then my girl tells me the price for just a mini shrimp fried rice with shrimp and it was $30 a mini . You can choose to waste your money on this inflated quickly no love prepared food but I won't. I got 7 shrimp for $30 I can't believe this.

$1.50 for a SMALL thing of extra garlic butter that you ABSOLUTELY NEED because the food is bland and flavorless without it. It doesn?t even taste like they cook it in the actual garlic butter. It definitely looks better than it actually tastes

Absolutely terrible customer service. The staff was rude. I paid almost $30 for the Spicey Chicken Hibachi, which tastes absolutely horrendous. It has no flavor. It doesn 't look appealing in anyway. The red sauce that makes it spicey (I use that term loosely, it 's not at all) tastes like cheap old hot sauce. The unseasoned fried rice is more like boiled then lightly sautéed with soggy unseasoned veggies. It doesn 't taste like a hibachi dish at all. Even with paying extra for the sides of garlic butter it doesn 't taste any better. I 'm very disappointed in how little flavor this food has. The last time I had the hibachi from Yoshi was the Fenkell location when it first opened, and I assumed it would be better since they 've opened multiple new locations, but I was wrong. The service is still bad. The food was better in 2019. At least better than what I received today. I definitely will not be back and DON 'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE looking for a good hibachi meal. It 's worth the drive to go to a legit Japanese spot further out. Don 't waste your money or your time.

Hibachi double chicken and shrimp full- The chicken was very very dry I could barely chew it. Sweet Yum Yum sauce was good but I only received one small container of it. I definitely won?t order from there again ????????

This place use to be my favorite. Not anymore. I ordered Hibachi chicken and rice via Doordash 9/4/2022 and I knew something was wrong when the food was picked up less than 10 min after I ordered. So it tells me that it wasn?t freshly cooked. It was extremely dry and taste very old. I will not be returning. I will just pay extra and eat at Benihana.
