Wendy's - Southfield

Very slow service, but they are short-staffed like many other places. I can say that they never get my order wrong.

It happened twice! After ordering two sandwiches and a large fries, which I paid for, the fries were missing from my bag. I wanted to go back today to ask if I could get a complimentary portion this time, but they said they couldn't do that. They also didn’t seem to care much about the oversight. The food was decent, but the service was terrible, so I’ll have to find another place! Oh, and I almost forgot – the large crinkle fries looked great in the container, but the bottom half was completely burned and had some other cold, unappetizing bits mixed in. I couldn't eat it at all! As a business owner and a senior, I’m not easily bothered, but this was disappointing.

If I could leave zero stars I would. This is the worst Wendy's location of all time. They make you park your car and wait for your food. They forgot about my order, I had to go in, and then when I finally got the order is was the wrong order. I don't know who's running this location but I think middle schoolers could do a better job.

If I could give NOT ONE STAR I WOULD! I was picking up my door dash and the young woman on the window had a nasty attitude. All I wanted to know is why I had fruit punch drinks instead of orange drinks. She told me TO GET THE **** OFF HER WINDOW! I will be contacting corporate next! The world is too short staffed for ppl to be hired and have this type of demeanor and respect to paying customers! I didn't get her name but she is an African American woman with a scarf on EVERYTIME I

The fries I ordered were hot and fresh, but the customer service was horrible… the employees were rude and made me feel guilty for disturbing them by coming and ordering fries and a frosty. Not planning on coming back to this location.
