What Rambunctious Rachel doesn't like about Tim Hortons:
Ordering my food was a bit challenging as the manager was multitasking while on the phone. Despite placing my order, I had to wait 10 minutes only to find out that it was still not ready, while another customer who arrived after me received their food first.
