The service is horrible. The employees don’t listen and make whatever sandwich they fill like cuz they are definitely not listening to the requests of the customer. The employee got rude because she messed up my order and had to remake. The manager was incompetent. Don’t waste your money. Go to Zoup it’s right across the street View all feedback.
These reviews made me hesitant about visiting, but this Subway is by far the cleanest one I've ever been to. The staff is consistently cleaning, ensuring it's a healthy environment for everyone. I've been to many Subways where the customer service was lacking, but this location truly stands out. While people can have negative experiences anywhere, I've visited over 20 times and have always received a warm greeting and attentive service. If the system is down, they even offer me a free cookie or drink. Now that's what I call excellent customer service!
I have to admit, my sub from this place brought me to tears—of joy! I highly recommend the rotisserie chicken with bacon, add some mayo, and pile on your favorite veggies. I guarantee you'll shed some happy tears. This place is fantastic!
