Captain Jay's Fish and Chicken

The food is delicious, the wait times are short, the staff is consistently friendly. The restaurant and parking lot are always clean.

That's good. I don't live well here because I have to eat here. so nice good service.

Evergreen captain jays. this is the worst captain jays of all time! they always forget something. that means someone doesn't read. also no lemon pepper on my fish. Whenever I get to the 8 miles location, I don't have this problem. only evergreen. Terrible!

So I'm standing in front of the door. The sign says hours of operation is 10a M-Sa, an employee is literally standing in the dining room at 10:45a ignoring me getting a beverage. Instead of common courtesy saying no we're not open he just ignored me knowing I'm standing at the doors. I understand things happen but the lack of courtesy and respect for your customers is what I can't get over. If the light skinned gentleman with curly hair is mgmt then he needs a new job.
