I sat in the drive thru for an uber eats order for over 30 mins. The inside is closed. I pulled up to the intercom to place order was told to pull around set in drire thru for 15 more minute. I only have problems with this situation in the morning during breakfast periods. they will be met either with an extremely rude woman at the window when she is there or something wrong with eating like half boiled French toast sticks and no syrup. I only knew that it would be a pleasant experience when I didn't hear and saw the extremely rude woman in the window, but when I came home, I discovered my French toast sticks boiled half and no sirup to go with them. it's just a shame that I have to drive from my way to another place to not deal with these situations. I noticed that many of the reviews complained about the non-resistance of the administration, I have even complained, corporate, but, I guess they make so much money that they just don't care how the customers are treated so every time I go to this place and something wrong I will post it! I hope they do the same, and maybe they will change. customers deserve better.
The half of my lunch went there so that they did not take orders at 11 o'clock. sad. I should know that this is happening to me almost every time I try to get food everywhere. the people don't care to work anymore
This burger king has thought out for the first time! I spent only 25 minutes in the car-duration line and only five cars went in this time, i.e. 5 minutes per car. I'm not back.
42 minutes in the line. I would have gone earlier if the mobile app had an option for a refund. should have read reviews before I moved up here, but had a lot of time to read while I was waiting. hardly any fries in the container.
This place used to be different, but it seems that over the past couple of years, work quality has been getting worse and worse. They don't ever open the dining room anymore, even tho it says that it's open. When the dining room IS open, they close it at least 2 hours early. They close the whole restaurant early without warning.Tonight, I ordered a meal on the Burger King app. On the app, it said this location closed at 11pm. I arrived at the restaurant before 10:30pm, only to find out that the store was already closed, but my money had been taken, as my order went thru on the app. Now I'm waiting for someone to contact me back about refunding my money about food that I never got
