Subway - Feedback

What User doesn't like about Subway:
I took my daughter to the subway in southend, we usually enjoy eating there, but that served us at this opportunity was old and disgusting and most of it was thrown away. I asked the person who served me a refund, but was rejected. then I wrote to the customer service, who also refused to do anything other than to say, I'm sorry. I've got the same time as the plague. This Subway location allows employees to fill sandwiches with incorrect fillings. There is no offer of a refund or replacement when errors occur, whether ordering in person or through a delivery app. It was a frustrating and costly experience at the Southchurch Southend Subway. The staff offered a free cookie as compensation, but no apologies were given for the mistakes made. View all feedback.
