came here to the breakfast that was out there, looked like someone who handed over. wait good 10 minutes before a chef came out, asked when more would be out and the hire on the employee was just embarrassing for toby carvery. when they pay to eat at breakfast buffet, I expect there is plenty of delicious food in the offer and I certainly do not expect a bad attitude from the staff. has always been a regular customer... Dreadful experience. They send out emails offering a midweek deal and then cannot cope. Waited 15 minutes after ordering drink and nothing arrived. No one took an order and I could hear other guests saying there was no food left so I departed.
Breakfast with friends this morning, paying by voucher which I was having trouble finding on my phone, served by Louise who was really helpful and polite with a good sense of humour even though it took time to do. Staff here always very good and...

The Toby Carvery is a great place for a Sunday dinner. The server Little Jas made the meal extra special because she was very polite and friendly. Fantastic service overall.
