The Last Post - Southend-on-Sea

Slowest table service ever. pub not as busy as I have seen it, why have the first drinks come over minutes? suddenly again ordered on the app and waited minutes! I was in wetherspoons who were more busy and still less. waiting for a drink.

Very rude badly presented manager named Tracey-This woman works in wrong business, how was very rude for me while I dipped for a quick drink while my elderly disabled mother was a shopping close

Nice food always go here often! It’s cheap depending on what you order. Like the breakfast and the variety of food options!

I don’t like being lied to but I ordered the large mixed grill and when it came it had no lamb. I poured this out and the manager came out and said it doesn’t come with lamb. Then I showed him the order which clearly...showed lamb. He went away then came back and said there was lamb on my plat, basically calling me a liar which I don’t appreciate. I have attached a picture showing no lamb , but that’s not the point. I was called a liar, I will never go into a weatherspoons again so long as I live due to this and I didn’t finish my meal or drink. He did refund me the whole cost, but that is not the point, I don’t like being called a liar and will never tolerate lies being told to me. Bye bye weatherspoins

Arrived at pub before noon.....it was busy but managed to find a table.....time we had attracted a member of staff over by calling out and waving the green card it was the lunch menu so after half an hour ordered our food and minutes...later came back with we havent got any pineapple juice,,,,so changed it to orange juice another minutes went by and finally got our drinks.......the table hadnt been cleaned and was quite wet with drink stains.....another minutes and we got our food....which was ok....so good job we were not on a lunch break as we had now been there for over hour......disappointed today
