Rossi's Parlour - Southend-on-Sea

Had a lovely brunch here on a summer day finished off with an ice cream! Service was great and the food came quickly and was very tasty. Always the place I go to when visiting Southend, the best of the best!

Met with friends and enjoyed the buzz about the place. A real bit of nostalgia as I spent many childhood years by the sea. Tried the churned vanilla on a whim and was blown away with the taste. I must return as that’s not a once in a lifetime experience. You’ll not be disappointed either.

Waited for almost fifteen minutes in a queue, then to be told sorry we’re closing now!! completely unprofessional, why they can’t have a system for stopping more people queuing then serve those left in the queue is beyond me… We won’t go back there , not customer focused anymore

Went there with my daughters and grandson and had ice creams. We sat indoors as outside tables were all taken. But there was a strong pungent smell of urine coming from toilet area and we were a good 5/6 metres away. Rossi’s please get your toilet problem sorted. Ice cream 99’s though were as nice as always

I hired the ice-cream parlour on a Friday evening for my husband's birthday. I cannot fault the service we received from the staff, both on the night and with all the arrangements beforehand. The food was delicious and plentiful and, of course, everyone had an ice-cream!
