This restaurant may be small, but it is absolutely fantastic! The staff is incredibly friendly and the food is delicious. Every time I have visited, the staff has been extremely helpful and the food is authentic and amazing (I recommend trying the pastel de nata's, they are fresh and still warm in the morning and lunch time). What Carlos Dominato doesn't like about O Monte:
I chose 1 serving of picanha £14.95 very poor service but fries came to the table and 1 serving of Alentejo pork only 3 clams had the insides the rest were shells £14.95 I won't go back to this restaurant one of the worst restaurants I've visited in 8 years living in the UK. View all feedback.
Small but amazing! The staff is very friendly and the food is to die. Every time I visited, the staff could no longer be helpful, the food is authentic and delicious (the Pastel de nata’s, they are fresh and still warm in the morning/lunchtime! Very recommended.

Fantastic small café serves authentic Portuguese dishes freshly cooked by a very talented cook! Every time I visited Monte, they felt very welcome to this family-owned café and I fell as if I had been brought back to Portugal... worth visiting again and again....
