Ordered for takeaway. Normally fine. I ordered some chicken nuggets and fish finger happy meal. When it arrived, I thought they had forgotten our chicken nuggets but it turns out they had just put chicken nuggets in a fish fingers bag inside my son's happy meal. No fish fingers anywhere else. Thankfully we have no allergies but could have been more serious if a child with chicken allergies or dietary requirements had ordered a fish finger meal and bitten into chicken!
Slowest fast food in existence, no receipts with self checkout but staff not bothered. Rude manager and they press the meal is ready 5&10 min before it is to hit there rates but cause nothing but confusion at the pick up section. Worst Mac Donald's I have been to, got dirty looks from the staff on top of that while eating our meal eventually after it was ready. I think I will stick to Greg's or KFC in future for me and all the family
While on vacation in Southend, we were pleasantly surprised by the quick, hot, and accurate food delivery at this restaurant. We opted for table service and were impressed by manager Ryan who went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, even offering ketchup and sugars which is rare at McDonald's. The staff appeared to be happy and were attentive in cleaning tables and ensuring seating was always available. This level of customer service was truly exceptional.
So this is apparently a delux hot chocolate. Half a cup with the cream melted so even less to begin with. Asked then straight away to top it up and was told no, it’s standard apparently.
I ordered through just eat and they missed out half the order I spoke to someone on the phone who said there was nothing they can do, absolute disgrace
