What GaryHLondon doesn't like about Genting Club Westcliff:
We regularly visit Farenheit Restaurant in the Genting Casino for a meal before we hit the tables and usually it is great (see my previous reviews) but when we visited last Sunday (06 May) we left totally dissapointed. It was the Sunday before May bank holiday and the casino was really busy and there we some big parties in the restaurant so maybe this was the reason our meal was terrible! View all feedback. Lovely place, warmly welcomed by the reception staff, really nice inside, after playing at a few tables we sat down for our meal at 7:20 pm and didn't finish until 11 pm, this was far too long, the restaurant wasn't full but was busy. Very unorganised. Waited a long time just to get seated. Half the food on the menu not available. Basically staff not trained properly and not enough of them.
First time visit for Sunday lunch. Was extremely happy with both the service food. Beautiful panoramic views of the estuary. Great value for money.
