Baskin Robbins - Southend-on-Sea

Took the kids to Baskin Robbins in Southend today. They had a great afternoon. We were served by a young man called Riley. He was polite, professional and easy to talk to and I’d like to say he’s a credit to your company. We would definitely pay another visit.

Waited more than an hour to confirm my single chocolate brownie, l tried to call them many times and when they finally picked up the phone the bloke was literally hanged up on me ... never ever order from here again.Wasted my time and ended up with £10 and a single chocolate brownie. Dont order from here...

We ultimately chose the top package, which included exclusive use of the soft play area and a designated section for our guests. The staff member in charge was very helpful and went above and beyond to decorate the space with balloons and banners. He even offered coloring materials for the children, although I had brought my own. We opted for the pizza package, which was served hot and in generous portions for all the kids. The chef kindly accommodated my request for some salad options as well. I had brought my own themed paper plates and napkins, but it turned out to be unnecessary as the restaurant provided everything we needed. The package also included squash, a slushie, and an ice cream of choice for each child, which was a hit with the kids. We also appreciated the discounted hot drinks for the parents. The restaurant was clean, including the restrooms, which was a marked improvement from the previous owners. Overall, my daughter had a fantastic time, as did all the children in attendance, ranging in age from 1.5 to 7 years old. Keep up the good work!

Used to be free for kids whean buy thean a ice cream now you have to pay 2 pound per child on top of their expensive food wich ain’t all that great I recanend adventer inland much bigger space and more secure and great prices

This company has recently signed up to the just eat app . Very expensive but I was happy to pay it . 5 times I wanted to see just how many times they decline they have just declined my order . Why bother offering this service if you actually dont . Pathetic
