Starbucks - Feedback

What User doesn't like about Starbucks:
A few weeks ago, I placed a mobile order and went to pick it up. However, I realized that I had accidentally placed the order at the wrong location while still in my groggy, sleep-filled state. The staff graciously made me a free drink of my choice to make up for my mistake. As I was about to pay for another drink, the staff insisted that I shouldn't worry about it. This diner is spacious, with plenty of seating and many outlets available. The lines move quickly, and the staff is very friendly. The only drawback is that when the door is open, there is a draft of cold air that affects most of the seating area, as there is no vestibule or overhead heating to buffer the cool air.
