Panera Bread - Southbury

There was some cleanliness and cross contamination issue involving allergens. Panera was not willing to address the issue much to my frustration. Other then that the food does taste good and orders are accurate.

After being paged, was told food wasn't ready. 20 minutes later we asked again and we're told they forgot it. Gave us a cookie to compensate. When opening the turkey sandwich, there was no turkey in it.

There's a serious food safety issues going on under the new management. Equipment not being cleaned properly and cross contamination with Allergens is big problem here and human resources made it very clear they don't want to address the issue. I'm concerned for all the nice people that eat here. I'll let the photos speak for themselves

I love this Panera Bread location, but due to the fact the other location in Brookfield, CT had been temporarily closed but I cannot go into further detail about that but this is the right Panera location in Southbury Plaza you need to come to. I promise you won’t regret it. Also another thing is that this location has great staff so on so forth.

My first time at this establishment and I must say, “amazing!” The food is fresh. Super clean. Staff is friendly and always keeping busy. Great dining area indoors with a nice patio outdoors. The soufflé was delicious. Smoothie fresh. Must try the Vanilla Cold Brew! The General Manager himself brought out food to us, Greg. Super friendly, very professional. 10/10 kind of place.
