Online says it open at 10am and when I got their they said 11am they need to make sure they have the right time on the store all that walking for nothing

We ordered the cinnamon pretzels. They were really good. My daughter wanted the confetti pretzels.

If I could give zero stars, I would. We went into this store at 5:08, more than an hour before closing, only to wait in line, get to the front of the line, and for the cashier to rudely announce they had no more pretzels “to serve,” that all they had left were drinks. How are you going to be a pretzel place with no pretzels? Do I believe they ran out of pretzels? I 100000% believe this lackluster establishment ran out of cooked pretzels and were too lazy to prepare more when they had more than an hour to go to closing time. Shameful. Ridiculously, utterly, embarrassingly shameful.

The young woman or old teenager who waited on me wasn't very helpful. I was trying to remember what kind of pretzel I liked and she just grabbed an original and put it in a bag as if that was what she was going to sell me whether I ordered it or not. Then I asked if they had a garlic pretzel and she just flatly said no. I felt a little rushed so I just took what I was given. The original pretzel was dry, cool and a little tough. It was then in the car that I remembered that I used to order an original with garlic salt and a cheese dip. If I hadn't been rushed to place an order I might have taken home something I actually liked although I don't think the quality of the pretzel would have been any better.

Second time I ordered a pretzel dog half cooked. Please allow these to cook fully. Won’t order again
