What User doesn't like about Upper Crust:
I missed my train and was totally devastated - almost in water. but I discovered the upper crust and the next thing they know, my upper lip was softened in one of the smoothest coffees in the south. If I didn't know better, I would have thought it was my own coffee! View all feedback.
I visited this Upper Crust a few weeks earlier and was very impressed by how friendly and efficient the staff were. On this particular date I was just waiting for my coffee when my carrier bag disintegrated. The two members of staff (Julie and Edith) were sympathetic, cheerful, and they helped me to resolve the problem. They’re a credit to the business.
Love their bteakfast rolls that comes with free small coffee

I arrived and waited for my train to London, which was scheduled to arrive in 10 minutes. I was quickly attended to and left within 5 minutes—very efficient service! I didn’t ask for a receipt, but I ordered a hot chocolate, an Americano, a croissant, and a pain au chocolat. The total was £8.28, which I think is a great deal.
I had an order collection which was done pretty quick and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
