Upper Crust - Southampton

I visited this Upper Crust a few weeks earlier and was very impressed by how friendly and efficient the staff were. On this particular date I was just waiting for my coffee when my carrier bag disintegrated. The two members of staff (Julie and Edith) were sympathetic, cheerful, and they helped me to resolve the problem. They’re a credit to the business.

I had an excellent experience with the service. The woman who served me was friendly, polite, and welcoming. Her name tag said Meesh. She truly represents her company well and deserves to be praised for her outstanding service.

I arrived and waited for my train to London, which was scheduled to arrive in 10 minutes. I was quickly attended to and left within 5 minutes—very efficient service! I didn’t ask for a receipt, but I ordered a hot chocolate, an Americano, a croissant, and a pain au chocolat. The total was £8.28, which I think is a great deal.

I had an order collection which was done pretty quick and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
