Wait over an hour for an order so politely phone to ask how long it’ll be. Response was we don’t knock the door after 10pm the driver tried phoning you when outside. My phone never rang once I can see my road ...drive way clearly from the lounge so can see no car turned up. Then got someone saying they are the manager take the phone say that himself driver tried ringing me so if I want the food they’ll re send it but if I don’t answer my phone (to a non existent call) when they get there then they’ll never deliver again! Why lie about phoning, why be rude aggressive why get defensive when I was phoning to ask about delivery time as I’m keeping an eye out for a car so I can grab food from door without waking others in the house!!!!

Now fed up of ordering from here, the food is good hence why I still order but don’t say 30-40 minutes for an order to be delivered when it takes far longer! If it’s going to be later call out of courtesy! When you dispute...like I have many a time that the order took over an hour or more they just offer a free dessert next order that you don’t get or want. Look after regulars you’ll do better!

Had two tasty breakfasts today...... both were well cooked, nicely presented and generously proportioned The two coffees we had were very nice too! Clean, comfortable 'booth style ' eating area was pleasant and we were served quite promptly after placing our order, which was...good. The only 'small gripe ' was that the business does NOT accept/take plastic So cash only is the order of the day...... but, an irritation, rather than a problem.

Refuse to accept my order of £9.67 when I’m willing to pay £10.00 so they can deliver. Last time I ordered they were 20 minutes late so phoned up asking about being late got told free dessert with your next order as late. Now...even after mentioning that I get a refusal of delivery even after trying to make order £10 to keep them happy they just hang up on me. I’ve used them regularly but now thinking why bother after the lacklustre customer service!

I have all ways order from them and usually delivery is pretty fast and always been good service however after my order tonight I don’t think I’ll be ordering again as all I had ordered was a burger and a drink with some beans took...over almost 2 hours to deliver and when I tried to ring them I had no response and I tried 8 times to find out where my delivery was with no answer
