Dined here whilst staying in the hotel. Ate here twice, the evening meal was very nice, I enjoyed mine, however another member of my party didn’t enjoy theirs, chicken was very dry and over cooked. Breakfast was excellent however, buffet style but the quality of food was very good! View all feedback.

Arrived quite late so decided to use the hotel restaurant rather than exploring the local area. Service was good and not over bearing. The steak was ok but the chips under cooked. Then had a drink from the bar. Scary bar staff who made me feel I should have gone elsewhere. View all feedback.
I chose this 2 night pre cruise stay ,added the meal deal .Two course evening meal plus drink and full breakfast Needed to pre book time for dinner and breakfast.Restaurant,was busy but staff very efficient and friendly.Menu had the classics so was spoilt for choice .
We both had the Smothered Chicken together with a bottle of white wine. We really enjoyed our meal and found the staff very friendly and helpful.
Can definitely recommend this restaurant, food very good value, dinner cooked to order, nicely served. Buffet breakfast and everything hot.

I thought last night's meal was bad, but I hoped breakfast would be better. I asked for orange juice, but they said there was a shortage. The cooked breakfast was not good - the bacon was like cardboard, the black pudding was burnt, and the sausage was tough to cut through. When I asked at reception for a local shop for a newspaper, they didn't know. I asked for a feedback form and the manager said to ask in the restaurant, but I got the same response there. It seemed like the manager was avoiding me. Don't bother coming here for food, it's not worth the money. I have emailed Premier Inn directly, but I don't expect a response.
