Unlike Morrison`s who are very flexible and will serve up different combinations to suit ,Sainsbury`s aren`t the same.Wanted chips with Lasagne rather than the salad ,only to be told they could drop the salad ,but that I would have to pay full price for a portion of chips?So Sainsbury`s gain while I lose out. Title says it all. Service, lack of, disgusted me. Asked for refund. Eventually got it. Never again. Rude staff. Rude shop. Macdonalds treat one better.
We both had Christmas turkey roasts with mugs of teas. These were both faultless, sprouts not overcooked, perfect roasties. Waitress was friendly and whats more the meal arrived in less than 3 minutes.We will be back.
Have eaten a few times here and its the best supermarket cafe. Staff always polite and helpful. Food cooked to order hot and fresh. Fish and chips, ham egg and chips with two pots of tea for just over a tenner. Lovely.
Staff looked bored and fed up tbh no rush in anything they did had cup of tea which is hard to muck up so all was good very clean and tables cleared
The service is poor. The food doesn't taste all that great. Tried both breakfasts and meals but not liked much that I had. The cafe in Shirley is far better.
