What Knobby16 doesn't like about Pizza Express:
We arrived at 12 noon, and after being given menus, we waited ages for our order to be taken, we then waited ages for the food to come, by the time it arrived we had been there for nearly an hour. The staff were very pleasant, and it wasn't particularly busy. View all feedback.
We visited the restaurant with our children, and our youngest made his own pizza which he loved. We had a wonderful experience, thanks to the exceptional service from Zoe who went above and beyond to accommodate us. Thank you for a great time.
The service at this restaurant was extremely slow. After being seated, it took 20 minutes for anyone to take our drink orders. My partner, my 2-year-old, and I had to wait an additional 30 minutes for our burnt calamari starters. When we requested our mains, they came out quickly and were delicious. However, dessert and additional drinks took a long time to be served.
The food was fantastic and the service was quick. Aleksandra was exceptionally friendly and made the whole experience very enjoyable. I will definitely be returning!

Additionally, we were able to use our Tesco vouchers, which made the experience even better.
