Macho's - Southampton

I placed an order at 5:01 PM, with a delivery time of 45 minutes. The food did not arrive until 7:11 PM after I made two phone calls to follow up. The order was missing items, the chips were soggy, and there was a human hair in the dessert. I called the restaurant to complain and was met with a rude and argumentative manager who accused me of lying. It seems they have cameras watching the kitchen staff closely. This experience left me feeling stressed and angry, and I will never return. I highly recommend avoiding this place at all costs.

I recently grabbed a quick hamburger and fries from Macho's. The burger was delicious, although a bit oily. The fries were fantastic and came in a large portion. I wouldn't suggest dining in at this restaurant, but the takeout service was fast and convenient. This particular Macho's is located at 12 New Road, close to the Premier Inn City Center.

I placed an order at this restaurant and not all of the food arrived. When I called to inquire about the missing items, I was told that the manager was not available and would call me back. After 4 hours, I received a call back saying the manager would not be in for 2 days and they could not refund me, despite the food being cold. The person on the phone ended the call abruptly with my wife. This experience was extremely disappointing and I would rate it less than one if possible.

Ordered over £30 worth of food...waited over hour and half and they didnt turn up didnt answer phone...so cant comment on the quality of the food but a no show with out even a message or phone call to say why disgusting a waste of time never use them again...shocking

Ordered on-line for a home delivery..almost three hours and several phone calls later we did not eat the horrible "food that was eventually delivered...terrible experience!!!
