What warboys doesn't like about John Lewis West Quay:
We had tea and scones here and we were served with staff attitude on a plate. There was no plates and butter for the scones. Tea served from an overflowing teapot and a thump. Tables not cleared, carpets a disgrace with spillages and trodden in food. View all feedback.
