I often choose this place for lunch, always ordering online. I usually check the estimated wait time or pickup time, which is generally accurate, if not a few minutes early. However, I recently encountered an issue. My order wasn't confirmed, and after about 45 minutes, I had to call them. It turned out my order was accidentally overlooked. The staff member explained that they were very busy at the time. Fortunately, they managed to prepare my order quickly and called me back as soon as it was ready. The city tends to be quite hectic during the summer, but I've noticed that there seem to be more employees working here lately, which I hope will improve the wait times.
