Tate's Bake Shop - Southampton

I've always wanted to visit the famous Tate bakery since I often buy her stuff from Whole Foods. It was a great experience. We picked up some goodies to return to Jersey. We have their keylime cakes, croissant, raspberry cream filled dark chocolates, chocolate pound cakes, dark almond chocolate bark and some cupcakes and granola bars. Everything was fresh and delicious! Great staff, service and goodies!

There is nothing you can say that In Tate’s Bake Shop tastes wrong, everything is delicious! The brownies, the chocolate chip cookies, Granola everything! Is a small place for you to grab something and take it home to share. Be careful! Everything has a huge amount of calories, but they are worth it

I'll buy her Golden Fudge Cupcakes. The joint is ultra thick, smooth and creamy; and it is made with half-sweet dark cocoa, according to some staff I spoke with. Your speciality pound cakes are also very good. The strawberry is my favorite, although I also like the blueberry. They're both loaded with fresh fruit. The chocolate chip cookie pipe will be swallowed at all parties. Guests love it, especially when it is warm and served with some vanilla ice cream. It is just as good at room temperature.

When I first had Tate's chocolate chip cookies, my father was brought home a box that was given to him. I looked at it like someone had been a hard cookie and then opened it up and ate it and now knows what it is. So amazingly good. I went here and I'm obsessed with the blondie Brownies. So amazing.

Although I find it delightful seeing Tate's Cookies for sale seemingly everywhere....There is no substitute for a visit to the place where it started. The fresh breads, muffins, cupcakes and other are worth the trip everytime. Keep an eye on the display behind the counter for special bakes. We once scored a couple slices of the most delicious Fresh Strawberry Cake that was just fantastic. The seasonal bread puddings are not to be missed.
