Tim Hortons - South Zanesville

Had a breakfast sandwich. It was good but the biscuit was a little dry.

I ordered on Doordash and while my first order may have been wrong, I called and they were so polite! (Thank God because I have baddd phone anxiety They remade the sandwich they had wrong and even remade my drinks even bigger! Really went above and beyond. And I will definitely recommend this Tim Hortons to anybody ! Special thanks to them for really caring about their customers:

Been there 2 days in roll and made me a Carmel cappuccino and I had order mocha capp and the supervisor try tell me I'm a liar and it wasnt carmel when it was very poor service need get someone in there know what there

Stopped serving the turkey club which was the only reason I came there so I'll never come there again. Lost my business for life.

I just called and they were extremely rude. I asked if they had frappes and if they had expresso in it and her response was sarcastic and rude. Then before I was done talking she just said, “ok bye.” I’d understand if I was rude but I really wasn’t. I was polite. No reason to be this rude to your paying customers!
